
袁智勇,1988年出生,理学博士,教授,博士生导师。主要从事野生动物分类、演化和保护研究。目前已在Nature、PNAS、National Science Review、Systematic Biology、Conservation Letters、Current Biology、Biological Conservation等国内外期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,主持国家级项目6项、省部级项目十余项。现任中国动物学会生物地理学分会第二届委员会委员,国际动物学权威期刊Integrative Zoology青年编委、Zoological Research、ZRDC编委。曾应邀为MBE、ME、MPE等著名学术期刊审稿。作为主要成员参与了“中国两栖类”信息系统(http://www.amphibiachina.org/)的创建工作。
